Our Rules

Dear Guest, we ask you to read our rules and follow them as a duty, otherwise we will stop your stay.

1. Check-in
When you arrive, we will ask you to show us your document (ID or passport) and your personal data because we have to communicate  them to the police station.

Animals are allowed, but you have to take care of them and under your control. If you need, we can search a dog/cat-sitter for your pet. You will pay for every damage.

2. Payment
You must pay for your stay at your arrival. After payment made, we will give you your keys-rooms. Please, be careful and don’t lose or leave them unattended.

You can pay by cash, bank transfer, credit card or cash card; bank cheques are not accepted.

3.Arrival and departure
Check-in is generally between 1 p.m. and 24 p.m..

We ask you to communicate to us you arrival time the day before. in Exceptional case with our authorization and  if the room is available, check- in can be made earlier and luggage can be deposit in the room.

We don’t have a 24 hour reception, so we ask you to contact us by phone or mail that you can find here

Check-out: you must leave the room by 10.30 a.m. check out can be made later or you can leave your luggage in a special area upon agreement .

You will pay a penalty for your delay.

4. Behavior in the guest house

Every Guest must follow the common rules of patience, respect of other guests and shared areas, for a pleasant and civil cohabitation.

You have to keep clean and neat shared areas.

You must  respect the silence in the night ( from 11.00 p.m to 8.00a.m.) and the in the afternoon ( from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.).

Refrain from behavior, games, activities that could  disturb other guests.

Take care of your keys-room; don’t leave them unattended. If you lose them, you will pay a penalty of 50 euro.

Don’t leave  anything in the corridor or shared areas. We decline every responsibility for unattended object. Remember to lock you room when you get out.

Smoking  is  forbidden anywhere in the building.

It is strictly forbidden take  drugs or drink alcoholic beverages in the building.

Is strictly forbidden to use electric heaters, gas stoves and similar inside the rooms because They can cause damages to people and things.

For security reasons, is strictly forbidden to give hospitality in the rooms to friends, kin, and other people not booked, without authorization.

Children must be always supervised and accompanied by an adult.

When you leave the room, switch off the lights, television and the air conditioning.

Turn off the spigot; don’t throw into the w.c. or sink  anything that could cause a demage.

5. Booking

You can book your room by:

If you want to confirm your reservation, you will have to provide a 30%down payment by bank transfer, credit card or cash card within 48 hours from the request.

6. cancellation

In case of cancellation or changes of reservation, you could obtained the restitution of the down payment

-15 days prior to arrival: 100%

-3 days prior to arrival: 50%

-any communication: no restitution

There is no restitution in case of anticipated departures.


7. Services

  • Reception from 3.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
  • Linen and towels change every three days, however  for every new guest.
  • extra bed or cradle (children 3 years old )
  • daily cleaning room

8. Unavailability:

In case of unexpected unavailability of the room, we will find another  accommodation  or we will give back the entire amount of money (by your own free choice)

9. Responsibility for damages

In case of vandalism  or damages of furniture, appliances ,loss of the keys, the responsible  will pay immediately by cash.

Stealing and intentional damage will be immediately reported to the authorities.

Caralis Holiday Guest house  refuses any responsibility for all objects (money, jewellery etc…) enshrined in the rooms or common areas.

10. Litigation

For every litigation  will be in charge the Court of Cagliari

11. Personal data

Your personal data will be used only after your consentonly after receiving your consent, freely expressed, in order to send you advertising material and direct marketing or other commercial communications.
